What a fantastic night we had at the 2024 octoberfest. This is a great venue and one I am very sure will attend again. I will certainly be keeping my eyes open to see what other events will be in.

I’ve visited Westgate Hall on many occasions for events, public meetings, conferences, lunches, wine festivals, music concerts, entertainment and of course for the monthly local market. There’s a combination of local traders selling hot and cold food, jewellery, prints, class wear and unique concrete creations by a local artist and much more.

This incredibly flexible space is beautifully kept, clean and spacious. It can host small and large events and is a perfect venue for both corporate/public functions and private celebrations. The staff are super fantastic, friendly and supportive, above all they are extremely knowledgable about event hosting and nothing is over looked.

Had a job interview for the new Ivy restaurant in Canterbury but decided not to work as I would have to wait at ramsgate train station from after 1am to 4am or after 4am to get to birchington as late finish would be Friday to Sunday like 12am or 12.30am I wish all the best for the company

Nice large airy venue set back from the main town. Went to the recent Magical Fayre. Had a lovely time looking around the stalls and the entertainment was great.

Went there after graduation at Canterbury Cathedral
Great venue plenty of seating great atmosphere central to all attractions in Canterbury great buffet plenty of beverages from tea, coffee fruit juice,alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and a carpark next to venue

Went to the Gin society event on Saturday 7th... venue was great. Friendly staff, easy entrance (first in!!) and the event was really well managed. Layout of the room was perfect so no bottlenecks. Also didn't over sell tickets like some similar events, so atmosphere was buzzing but no one was squeezed in. Great atmosphere as mentioned, great gin and great venue.
