Stay away from this place if you pick up a load. Sitting here for 5 hours now and they said they work on it . Bad shipper they burn your clock
More than 5:30 now if you come here for pu get ready to burn your clock or to do the 10 break

Guess I should have took the advice of other truckers that reviewed this place. Been here since 11:45 am for a 1 pm appointment. It's after 5pm and I am still waiting to get loaded. Staff that I have encountered seems pretty nice. I don't understand why it takes forever to get loaded.

Delivered a full truck load.
Nice people. No problems.
Arrived 1 1/2 hours before my 11:00 appointment and was unloaded and out before 11:00.
The only problem was I had to either drop my trailer or sit inside while they unloaded me. I dropped.

Arrived at 07:15 for an 09:00 delivery appt. Computers were down due to storms, so there was a short delay. They got the problem fixed, and I was out by 09:25. The young lady at the guardshack was very professional and kind. That was my experience.

Okok, I read the reviews, and I was saying no, they're must be laying this goes for the L'Oreal side.
So I hade came here 2 times
The first time my appointment was at 9 am, I got there at 9:15 a.m., and they took 4 hours to get me unloaded. I expected that because of the reviews.
The second time I went, my appointment was at 9 am agean. I got there at 7:30 a.m., thinking I would get unloaded early. Jest for them to ask for my phone number. 10 am thay called me and said, hey door 12 please. I was like, ok, I back up in there.
[ ok, so you have to disconnect from the trailer after you put it in the dock and then, after that, unload you. They will come with your bills and say here you go ]
So now it's 5:30 pm, and they gave me my bills and said your traler is done, like if I did not jest say here for 10 hours. I, ashley, have done a 10-hour reset because of them.
So yes, the reviews are true, so please don't go here if possible.

This is bullsheet place don’t ever come here semi driver . Make me to wait for 5hrs and at end come to me and said product not ready need to reschedule!!!!?. And all drive have same issues and all r waiting more than 8 to 10 hrs!!!!

5 hours. Waiting on 1 pallet to finish the load. Genius people here just figured out they can remove it from the order. I’ll be late to shipper which means they probably won’t unload me.
SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!
Do not take a load here unless you really need to.
