Been to this place many times for concert events. AC is always inadequate. I came here to stress on how you need to bring cash if you will be consuming alcohol. The bar will take upon themselves to change the tip amount you leave them. I had called to file a complaint with La Hancienda from my work phone. I initially left a message. No one called me back. So when I called back from my work phone, my work phone number got blocked. I proceeded to call from my personal cell phone, which the call went through. A guy answered and said he would just take a message down for the “bar manager.” This guy didn’t seem concerned at all. I did take the time to attach a screenshot down below. Originally I had left a $2, and they altered the tip to $10. It’s not about the $8, this is literally about having integrity, and not being slimy thieves.

The event was good. The place didn't have enough lights to see everything good. I had to use the light on my phone to see some things.

Deberían de tener mas respeto por las personas que compran mesa, a la admisión general no es justo que pague uno para que otra gente disfrute mas esto fue absurdo por no tener control y vender una mesa que no se veía nada ocea como

Had a great time here. The stage presentation was amazing only problem was the staff was a but unprepared on table service. Other than that great atmosphere and amazing venue.

This is a great place. Clean restrooms, great tables and friendly employees. Came to see Siggno and La Mafia play and the show was great!

Drove 2 hrs for the Parker McCollum concert last night. Little did we know that general admission would be the absolute worst ticket to buy. Alllll the way in the back of the outside theatre. The venue it’s self wouldn’t allow us to upgrade tickets. A bucket of 6 beers was $40!! I will not return to this place for another event. Save your money.
