Do not belive the pictures shown in the booking.com. its very basic hotel with no amenities,no water was provided and ac ,tv nothing here is working. Do not fall into there trap of being budget hotel. Your stay will be horrible if u stayed at this hotel.

I just talked to the manager of the hotel. He was very harsh. He told after booking from Agoda you will have to wait for few hours. He was very rude. These hotels should not be listed in reputed sites.

The location on Google maps was wrong. The rooms did not match the photos shown online at all. The sheets were stained and poorly maintained. There were no night lights. Most power outlets were hidden behind the bed. The AC only managed to cool the room when set to 16°C. There was barely any space to keep the luggage without the room turning into an obstacle course. The only positive was that it was 10 minutes from the airport.

I only spent 6 hours here but that's 6 hours too many.

We were supposed to check in at 2 am early morning as per the instructions which were provided.Our family had to face tough time in the middle of the night in getting the accomodation inspite of booking this place 40 days in advance. We were told that they didn't have any booking for the day in fabhotel Villa 31 because it had already been pre booked for someone's wedding purpose.
The person we reached out to was extremely rude. He kept asking us to call the customer service and even refused to provide the correct customer care number . The numbers we found on Google were total scam. The calls would automatically disconnect after a few seconds and we couldn't reach out to any customer support representatives. This act is very unprofessional and careless and caused us a lot of inconvenience.
I would highly encourage people to NOT prefer fabhotel and consider other options for accomodation .

I got confirmation from Fab hotels but no rooms were available in property, it was completely pre booked. I compromised to stay in unorganised room with no TV and.with condition to leave hotel early morning next day as it was prebooked. Pathetic experience of Fab Hotel. Break fast was not given as no kitchen facility available. horrible stay ...third class service of FAB Hotel team

Fabhotel's service was hopeless. Initially booked a property and they refused to allot rooms as the booking was prepaid. We had to reach out to Fabhotel's customer care and they alloted this hotel. This hotel is under renovation and the rooms were not maintained. The bedsheets and towels were not clean. The hotel was not ready to take bookings but Fabhotel thrusted it on them.

This hotel is a scam. The worst experience we have had during our travels. We booked rooms a month in advance and received confirmations and made an advance payment. At midnight when we called to check in, we were told the rooms were never allotted to us and no other arrangements were made to accommodate us. We still haven't received a refund and any discussion with customer care has led to calls being cut, numbers not being reachable and overall just terrible service.
Please avoid this place.

Rooms are average and small good for solo travel.
Service is good you will get complete support.
Location is good but quite hard to find as no boards or direction signs available.
