This whiskey tour is an absolute must! From start to finish, it was a perfect blend of humor, fascinating information, and top-tier whiskey. Our guide was beyond amazing—charismatic, knowledgeable, and kept us laughing the whole time. The whiskey? Incredible. So good that I had to take home three bottles! But it’s not just the tour—the distillery itself is a fantastic spot to hang out. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, and the drinks are simply outstanding. You have to try the Old Fashioned—it's hands down the best I’ve ever had. Whether you're a whiskey enthusiast or just looking for a great time, this is the place to be!

We had an amazing time at the distillery tour and relaxing in the tasting room bar and surroundings. The tour was fun, informative and we got to ask questions all the way through. The distillery is small but modern and you get to see every part. You also get tasters of the rye, bourbon and unaged white bourbon.

The Rick house is stunning, and just standing in the centre surrounded by bourbon and rye casks is awesome.

the tasting room bar serves cocktails made with their own spirits and infused liqueurs inckuding their own gin and agave spirits.

As an extra bonus, the site is set in a large park area, with swings benches and Frisbee golf course, and food truck serving delicious empanades.

We had a great time at Fierce Whiskers. We took a distillery tour and learned a lot about their distillation and aging process. We had samples of new make whiskey, 3.5 year aged bourbon, and aged rye during the tour. The highlight was spending some time in their rickhouse among their 4000+ barrels of spirits. We ended up getting a few cocktails afterwards and they were all good—we got the old fashioned and a couple others I cant remember the names of but one had serrano peppers and the other (pictured) had passion fruit. All very good. They have an empanda food truck on premises which was okay and looks like they have room to accommodate more food trucks at some point.

The whole experience was great and they are definitely worth a visit!

Fanstasic Property, Wonderful Drinks and VERY COOL behind-the-scenes tour of the only in-city full cycle Whiskey production!

Due to traffic we arrived late for our tour, but they prompty snuck us in just in time for the first tasting. The tour of the production process was a very neat experience and rivaled those of wineries I've been to in the past in both quality, detail and ambiance due to the Rickhouse being included!

Enjoyed seeing the entire process from grain to final product, with my favorite being the fermentation tanks and the Rickhouse! The smell of the Rickhouse can't be beat - with the white american oak barells and supports.

Following our tour we went into the tasting room and ordered the Old Fashioned and Kofuna. While we loved both, the Kofuna which has Hojicha (tasted green tea) and Sesame oil should be trademarked and kept a secret it was so delicious.

Same as the Whiskey, this review will get better with age 😉

We did the tour and it was excellent if you appreciate how good bourbon and whiskey is made. We enjoyed the tasting, but it was limited to two bourbon shots. We were encouraged to purchase cocktails after the tour and they were very good with a more generous pour than the tasting, so well worth it for top shelf bourbon. We were disappointed we couldn't purchase bourbon bottles yet. They are two weeks away from being able to sell to the public (around May 5, 2024) for $49 a bottle (like I said, this is quality bourbon!)

I liked the tour of the Kentucky style Rickhouse where they store and age the bourbon barrels (see pics)

Katie was an amazing tour guide! She answered all our questions and gave us a lot of fun local recs!! The blackberry Marg was delicious and my husband bought 2 bottles! Great spot to stop in for a drink and they have food ?❤️
