While doing our preliminary home search, before jumping into the market, we met Cyrus at an open house and exchanged contact information. We promptly went on vacation (twice!), and Cyrus was prompt at following up with us upon our return but was in no way bothersome or pushy.

As first time home buyers, Cyrus made sure we were well educated and prepared for the home buying process, explaining the process from the very beginning to the very end when we get our keys. Our first official meeting was long, but we left feeling like we knew what to expect from the process and that Cyrus really knows what he's doing - and he does!

I maintain that we got the home of our dreams - literally, we've frequently said we wanted to live in this community and we had that sick feeling in our stomachs when first viewing what is now our home- because of the work Cyrus did to prepare us, to prepare and present the offer, and the work he did with the sellers agent, etc. Cyrus says we also got pretty lucky, but I am convinced that we would not have won our house without Cyrus.

Even after our offer was accepted, we were able to worry less about our closing because Cyrus was frequently checking in with our broker/lender for updates, explaining to us where we are in the process, and even guiding us through moving up our closing date. Our broker asked if we wanted to move up the date, and Cyrus did a thorough check-in with them before advising us to move forward, as there are both pros and cons to that decision.

Additionally impressive is that Cyrus has been fun and enjoyable to work with throughout the process - even at points where my husband and I were a little high strung and anxious. We have friends who have been working with agents for more than a year and we've now recommended that they reach out to Cyrus because we believe he delivers a stellar service, and will deliver results.

I first reached out to Cyrus a couple years ago asking about the home buying process. He responded immediately and scheduled a time to meet in person. From our first meeting I was impressed with Cyrus’ passion about real estate and his dedication to “meeting his clients where they were at” and not pressuring me to buy a home beyond my means.
