I have worked conventions for over 10 years and I have never experienced a venue this horrible.

-Gas leak
-Mice and roaches
-Water leaking in multiple places from the ceiling
-One of the bathrooms sinks had YELLOW water coming from it
-Venue was not there to open on time, setting the event's schedule back several hours and left a line of people in a blizzard outside, multiple days. These people were in costume for the event, not winter clothes.
-Despite contracted hours they would just shut the lights and heat off
-Wouldn't turn heat up to an acceptable temperature. I had to wear thermals under my clothes and a winter jacket inside the whole time. It was freezing.
-Ballroom reeked of cigarette smoke
-Charged an outrageous amount for drinks at the cafe
-Tables and chairs provided were dirty, mud foot prints and spilt drinks on them
-Multiple reports of over night theft from the vendors
-Multiple complaints about security, who had the audacity to put a tip jar out for themselves?

The con communicated our needs pretty clearly and so many things were followed through on, the venue was heinously difficult to work with and rude, everything was dirty and sticky. And I mean everything. The couches, floor, walls, curtains, tables, bathrooms, all of it.

Do not recommend.

Evento del grupo Los Acosta, el salón no tiene aire acondicionado, el sonido es demasiado malo, no se le entiende al vocalista lo que canta, dos pantallas medianas a lado y lado del escenario con una imagen pésima. El evento cobró 80 por persona más 100 por una mesa para dos. El mango con sal estaba bueno y los tacos de asada también.

First and the only time coming to this place. Event suppose to start from 8:00 pm to 1:30am. Got here at 8:30 and sat around till 10:50 and not 1 band had came out yet.
People didn’t care. Trash everywhere. Not worthy the money we had expended

Excelente ambiente dependiendo el evento, espacio amplio,baños siempre limpios ,en la barra te atienden bien rápido y eficaz

Fuimos para ir a ver a Yandel con mi esposo y la pasamos bien, aunque no tuvimos problemas al entrar ya que teníamos nuestros boletos listo, pero vimos que otras personas si y vamos los que llevaban tarjetas de crédito ? por que no se acepta, pero después todo bien.
El lugar es grandecito hay espacios para sentarse y comer, la música le gustó a mi esposo, no tuvimos problemas por los tragos; ya que no tomamos alcohol y estuvo tranquilo.
Después el lugar lo dividieron en general y vip, los que estaban en general tenían un espacio para sentrarse; pero no con mesas, pero el vip tenía sillas y mesas.
Pero todo muy bueno ?
